We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Everything was perfect. My personal driver met me at the airport and took me to the clinic in a luxury car. At the clinic I was met by the coordinator - interpreter Ismail. He helped me to get registered at the clinic and set preliminary analyses. The next day there was another coordinator - interpreter. She helped me through the remaining procedures before surgery. Many people come with an accompanying family member (mum, sister, husband) I came alone. So my coordinator sat with me in the room after surgery all day until I fully recovered, talking to me. All the days after the operation, the coordinators came several times a day to ask about my condition and my needs. All the doctors are very nice and attentive. All the staff, nurses, orderlies and other clinic staff are all very caring and nice. The ward is large and spacious. It has a toilet and a shower. There is a cupboard for personal belongings and a TV set. Meals are provided several times a day. The menu differs depending on the operation and some people can make their own diet. I like the treatment , staff , environment. Special thanks for Hussein , Melih , and all staff I can’t remember the names . I recommend this hospital for all . Daily they made for me more than 10-12 session . They used all technology and staff to let me feel better . I had some special services massage , daily Hotel transport, and hotel discount . I can’t express all but thanks a lot in 8 days I felt better and I don’t need surgical operation . Will visit again inshallah .
