The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. After receiving individual programs from clinics, it turned out that only the Soho clinic was similar to the individual one! + good price and an hour of consultation with a clinic representative did their job! There were many questions and doubts, such as a fresh website and an Instagram page created at the end of 2021! But despite everything and the fact that Soho was the only one who asked for an advance payment before the operation, I did it! The operation took place on January 31, 2022! Behind almost 7 months! The specialists of the clinic are in touch with me at every important period of this difficult process! Although until the result, which, according to the clinic, I will be proud of for another 2 months, the effect is already huge! I'm happy to see what's going on! I liked everything from the meeting at the airport to the very departure! Constant attention, care, attitude at a high level! Despite the fact that I refused to buy a vitamin complex from the doctor for 350 €) I definitely recommend it! And yes, before the transplant, the doctor told me that 3800 grafts would be transplanted, but it turned out in the process 4200 !! This quantity is backed by a lifetime warranty! My dentist Dr Taha Atkas is very professional, soft talking, and walking me through the entire process, which makes me very comfortable to work with them. Dr Taha Atlas is a great asset for the clinic. I finished all on 7 for my upper and lower jaws. I just finished stage 1 so far so good and will come back in 6 months for stage 2. After operation, I had bleeding in the nose. The clinic helps me out in this regard and the receptionists and clinical staff are all friendly, and helpful along the line. It was a pleasure experience so far. I reviewed the 1 star review for this clinic on this website and understand the concerns raised by other patients. I understand the price is a sensitive topic. (e.g. the quote is different from initial agreement as the brand or treatment plan changes on site). My suggestion to avoid those 1 star review comments happened to individual patient is please to work with due diligence: (1) ask for the quotes with all the details and request all the brands and materials used in writing; (2) ask the virtual consultation to walk you through step by step. And for each step, ask for the price in writing. (3) provide your dental x ray and ask for the treatment plan based on the dental x ray as the x ray picture won’t change a lot and the treatment plan shouldn’t change significantly based on x ray. (4) you could request directly talk to the dentist and nailed the treatment plan before you leave. This would help mail down the price. The x ray won’t change so the treatment plan should not change significantly. (4) the bookimed should be your support system along the line. The bookimed has been very helpful and supportive for my case. Thus far, my experience is great.

Everything was perfect. My personal driver met me at the airport and took me to the clinic in a luxury car. At the clinic I was met by the coordinator - interpreter Ismail. He helped me to get registered at the clinic and set preliminary analyses. The next day there was another coordinator - interpreter. She helped me through the remaining procedures before surgery. Many people come with an accompanying family member (mum, sister, husband) I came alone. So my coordinator sat with me in the room after surgery all day until I fully recovered, talking to me. All the days after the operation, the coordinators came several times a day to ask about my condition and my needs. All the doctors are very nice and attentive. All the staff, nurses, orderlies and other clinic staff are all very caring and nice. The ward is large and spacious. It has a toilet and a shower. There is a cupboard for personal belongings and a TV set. Meals are provided several times a day. The menu differs depending on the operation and some people can make their own diet. I am glad I chose this clinic, I recommend it to everyone. MANY THANKS TO DR ALIATIN AND MY COORDINATORS MRS BURCIN, MRS IZMAIL AND MRS OLENA.
