Because it was the only clinic recommended to me by Bookimed that responded very quickly to my requests, and only this clinic developed and sent me a program for my examination. Two other clinics, such as Medipol, limited themselves only to gratitude that I contacted them, and the Şişli Memorial clinic remained silent until the end without any feedback. I will not dwell on the provision of the Anadolu clinic with the most modern medical equipment, since many Turkish clinics today are equipped with the most modern equipment. I personally became convinced of this at the stage of choosing a clinic, when I got acquainted with the equipment of many clinics. The qualifications of Turkish medical specialists are generally high and they are really professionals in their field. So, the worst thing that can happen is getting injured while you're on a family vacation. I was debating on flying to another country to do the operation as Turkey can be quite expensive but I was lucky enough to stumble across this website. My consultant found me a hospital with exactly what I needed and within the budget I said I could afford. From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was greeted with hospitality and kindness. This place had a much better price than some of the other top hospitals I visited with much better quality of care. They provided a lady who was very nice who translated for me and the nurses were all very helpful and very quick to help me with anything I needed. My doctor, Dr. Sadiq Shakiliyev fixed my hernia within just two days of our first appointment. Did an excellent job with my surgery and I just got out of the hospital today and I'm already walking. I'm from Canada and this is some of the best healthcare I've ever seen and experienced. Best decision I made was to come to this hospital. Everything was perfect. My personal driver met me at the airport and took me to the clinic in a luxury car. At the clinic I was met by the coordinator - interpreter Ismail. He helped me to get registered at the clinic and set preliminary analyses. The next day there was another coordinator - interpreter. She helped me through the remaining procedures before surgery. Many people come with an accompanying family member (mum, sister, husband) I came alone. So my coordinator sat with me in the room after surgery all day until I fully recovered, talking to me. All the days after the operation, the coordinators came several times a day to ask about my condition and my needs. All the doctors are very nice and attentive. All the staff, nurses, orderlies and other clinic staff are all very caring and nice. The ward is large and spacious. It has a toilet and a shower. There is a cupboard for personal belongings and a TV set. Meals are provided several times a day. The menu differs depending on the operation and some people can make their own diet. I am glad I chose this clinic, I recommend it to everyone. MANY THANKS TO DR ALIATIN AND MY COORDINATORS MRS BURCIN, MRS IZMAIL AND MRS OLENA.

Unfortunately, I had to deal with absolute chaos and incompetent staff for the first time. The nurses forgot to inject anaesthetic, which made me go through all the circles of hell immediately after the operation. To put the patient's health or even life at risk is an absolutely unacceptable mistake. They deviated from the surgeon's treatment plan. The staff simply do not understand how to mobilise the patient after the operation. I was pulled on both sides by hands from the bed, while I had stitches under my breasts and drains under my armpits. The drains were on the floor, to the indignation of the surgeon himself - the nurses were bickering. The clinic positions itself as international, but not a single person from the staff did not speak any other language than Turkish. On phone calls - the nurses were unresponsive. When you are in pain, money doesn't matter. I wanted to stay a couple more days in the clinic for $650 a day, not including medication. But after one night and forgotten medications by the staff, I realised I was better off checking out. The staff ran to a pharmacy three nine lands away for medication that should initially be on hand, the clinic does not have its own pharmacy. Head's interpreter, in a hostile posture reprimanded me for my dissatisfaction with the staff. The absolute unprofessionalism was astounding to me. The doctors are top, the clinic is not. I advise you to seek out Medicare doctors at other more professional clinics.
