I want to express my great gratitude to the coordinating doctor Katya Bonko, I could not say that I was not more attentive and responsive, a competent doctor !!! She felt at a distance that she was worried about me ... My daughter in Russia had hemorrhagic vasculitis mixed, planted for three years on the strictest diet, limited the active child in everything! In short, on their recommendation, I should have put the child in a flask! Where I just did not apply in Russia, but for some reason this diagnosis frightened everyone! Upset I began to search the Internet for answers to my questions and came across Bookimed ... I decided to fill out a questionnaire! Katia immediately contacted me! The hospital looks like a 5 star hotel. The service was just as good aswell. The Dr was very informative, she spoke English too. Even though I was given a translator for my appointment. She was helpful when I visited other sections in the hospital that had non English speakers.

Everything was perfect. My personal driver met me at the airport and took me to the clinic in a luxury car. At the clinic I was met by the coordinator - interpreter Ismail. He helped me to get registered at the clinic and set preliminary analyses. The next day there was another coordinator - interpreter. She helped me through the remaining procedures before surgery. Many people come with an accompanying family member (mum, sister, husband) I came alone. So my coordinator sat with me in the room after surgery all day until I fully recovered, talking to me. All the days after the operation, the coordinators came several times a day to ask about my condition and my needs. All the doctors are very nice and attentive. All the staff, nurses, orderlies and other clinic staff are all very caring and nice. The ward is large and spacious. It has a toilet and a shower. There is a cupboard for personal belongings and a TV set. Meals are provided several times a day. The menu differs depending on the operation and some people can make their own diet. I am glad I chose this clinic, I recommend it to everyone. MANY THANKS TO DR ALIATIN AND MY COORDINATORS MRS BURCIN, MRS IZMAIL AND MRS OLENA.

Which is very convenient for me. We are from another country and it would be expensive to fly to Istanbul for every question. At the moment we are doing everything as the doctor said. We give all the prescriptions to the child. In a month the doctor said to write him an ECG. And there they will decide how to proceed. I am very grateful to everyone who met us on this trip. My hair transplant and my wife rhinoplasty, it was great. Also we did our teeth, they butchered my teeth, I did not know they were going to shave down all my teeth, I had a very good teeth but I want to better, the dentist said you have a nice teeth, but never told me not to do, when did the teeth they put treaty together like a bridge, versus doing one at a time, now I do not have space between them, besides completely ruined my teeth, they didn’t do the proper way, he and Brazil I went to see a dentist and they told me this technique is prohibited here because they did butchered my wife in my mouth, both of us did our teeth. I had another big problem with my liposuction, very bad side effects, because I didn’t have enough fat, but Dr. Baki did with out even looking my body. My surgery was done Saturday, I called them on Monday but no one saw me until Wednesday, I finally saw the doctor and he said nothing to worry about that was normal, for sure it was nothing normal about the surgery, I sent pictures to doctors all of them sad that I need to take care of that and I couldn’t even travel, Dr. Baki sad in 40 years he never saw such a thing, but he said that was going to be fine, I travel back the following Friday to Brazil, I went to see a plastic surgeon, he said that I almost died, thank God I’m here, they did not care about my health, horrible communication with the doctor, when I spoke to a few people that takes care of the patients there, they told me that they would get right back to me, they would not get back to me for 10 hours, that’s for me was crazy. When I set up the appointment, I really want to talk to Hakan, they told me that I would do with him but they offer me Dr. Baki and I told them I did not want Dr. Baki that I wanna dr. Hakan, The day that I was supposed to see Hakan They told me that he had Covid and he could not do my surgery, I thought was weird, so they told me Dr. Baki was going to do my surgery and Dr. Baki was much better surgeon, I didn’t feel good about this but I went anyway. I reached out to Dr. Hakan and found out that he never had Covid and also I never had an appointment with him and that he was booked out. So I’m not sure if I would recommend them, I’m spending money after the surgery and they didn’t even offer to pay part of it, it is almost 2 weeks after my surgery and I’m still bruised all over and I’m really in bad situation. Did 2 Stars was giving because the booking team they are unbelievable nice and they do deserve 10 stars, but the people they assigned me had few things that I didn’t like it push a different doctor, and also the doctor did not do a good job . I do not recommend I will post pictures, also I will post pictures of my teeth before and after

We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. Our manager Aleksey Karaganov was always in touch and helped with all issues (visas, booking, medical and legal issues). The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there.
