Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. I really liked how I was met and accompanied during my entire stay in Istanbul. In the morning they took me away from the hotel, during the operation the manager assigned to me was always nearby for transfer, if necessary. I was escorted everywhere, even a detailed plan was made on how to spend free time in the city center. The only thing that disappointed me was the support of the bookimed site. It was stated that you can write on vatsap at any time, but when I had a need to ask about a transfer, no one answered, although it was clear that they were reading messages. Only after 4 hours I was asked again in the chat is everything all right. I did not even give an answer. So support bukimeda absolute zero, you can not count on it. Read more less

"All in all I’m really glad I went to Smile Hair Clinic
Smile was great happy I went there. I know I was super nervous because it was my first time in a new country all the time zones were you know seven hours or eight hours difference from where I live Michigan and I knew it was gonna be a little bit painful but I had no idea what to expect and what they say you know it’s a little cheaper if you pay cash but I wasn’t willing to take that much cash with me because I didn’t know what to expect so I paid the extra 10% with my card but I’m really happy I went to the specific clinic it was very professional and they take your blood they put in a little IV thing in your arm they test you for HIV hepatitis B and hepatitis see and as long as you’re clean and good to go you get the procedure when they administer the Novocain in the back of the head it was fucking painful painful as fuck like on a scale of one to 210 it was 10 on a scale of one to 10 pain scale it was probably a 9 1/2 but it only lasts you squirm you know like I flexed my arms and I sat there and I just just took it you know like they did it quick and before you know it your endorphins are kicking in and your your your head is numb completely numb and as soon as your head is completely numb the they pump in a little bit of saline to swell it up a little bit I think that’s what they were doing I don’t know I took a video while they were doing it but I couldn’t even feel what they were doing that point it was completely numb and then there’s like five or 10 minutes of pain in the beginning after that it’s you feeling you can just hear like will you be be be like these little noises cutting into your scalp but it doesn’t hurt it is it was actually quite relaxing and they gave me some kind of anti-anxiety which was great and then after the extraction part of the procedure was done you roll over and lay on your backThen they gave me some intravenous painkillers but almost just put me to sleep basically but it was kind of enjoyable and you know before all that we went back-and-forth a few times on what I wanted to hairline to be they wanted it to be a little more conservative than I wanted it to be a little more aggressive on and we kind of met in the middle we decided on a hairline that would’ve been good that was good I mean anyway they weren’t as for going to the hotel I recommend getting the five get the five star hotel pay the extra money for her four-star hotel was just like any other hotel I could’ve been in it was I didn’t like it and so I actually transitioned over to the five star hotel which was fantastic fantastic it had just those huge buffet the breakfast potatoes amazing the dish the whole house the hotel experience was great go with a five star hotel pay the extra money get the premium package and if they had any issues I just text them over WhatsApp and they were great at communicating sometimes it took like an hour or so to communicate so you know make sure you do you know let them know in advance if you need to change anything sorry I just give them a little bit of a heads up before you change anything I changed my flights a few different times on the way home because there was an issue with the Turkish airline and so I went with Lusitania I’m doing speech to text so there’s probably a bunch of weird little typos in here but you get the gist of it anyway yeah I know I am I got to the airport at like 5 o’clock took me like an hour to kind of navigate how to get out of the airport him and then at the soon as you get out of the airport there’s a little spot like with a number mine was number 35 and you walk over there andAnd they have a list of names on it and you just show them and tell them your name and they bring you a walk you to the van and there was one other guy from the hair clinic I’m waiting in the van and then the traffic was kind of crazy took us like two hours to get to the hotel or at least that was the first hotel and once I saw the first hotel which was a five star one I knew that was the one I wanted to stay in fired up calling and making a reservation there the next day and then I told the hair clinic that I wanted that bad place because I felt more comfortable there when they were cool they just added it into the price of my procedure because I was already paying for extra hotel days if I was gonna stay an extra day so they just gave me that five star hotel for free and you know the day they pick me up at the airport we went in we had our consultation which was pretty quick it was more just like test to make sure you don’t have any disease figure out your hairline and then start All in all I’m really glad I went to smile hair clinic I’ve got good recommendation so far I’ve it’s only been a week since I’ve had my procedure and I could barely tell that I had it done I mean except where the hairline is all new and there’s some scabs but yeah very professional but yeah very professional gosh darn speech to text doesn’t pick up all the words and I’m too lazy to text them all right now so you’re getting the little bit of a scramble text version but yeah great clinic I would recommend it to more people and if I could redo everything and start over I would probably still choose the same Good day to all! Clinic "Adam and Eve" left very warm memories of being in Turkey. The price for a hair transplant includes: transfer from and to the airport, 3-night hotel accommodation (breakfast included), hair transplant consultation, testing, hair transplant procedure itself, lunch at the clinic on the day of surgery, anti-inflammatory pills , a postoperative hair care kit, as well as a daily transfer to the clinic and back for dressing and shampooing. On the last day of your stay in the clinic, a guarantee certificate and a hair care certificate are issued. The clinic staff is very responsive and attentive, especially the clinic coordinator - Dilyara, who was always in touch with me 24/7. In general, they are great fellows, professionals in their field. Perhaps, of course, there are clinics in Istanbul with a higher service, but the Adam and Eve clinic is the best for a reasonable price.

You are provided with everything you need during rehabilitation - medicines, a pillow, consultations. the hotel (by the way, quite good) has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner regularly. Всё было стерильно и зажиление прошло отлично, но не ждите сверкающей операционной, хирурга в халате и "сестра, скальпель". Смело задавайте вопросы, контролируйте на каждом этапе и, самое главное, корректируйте нарисованную линию по своим ощущениям! Потому что изначально могут нарисовать три прямых линии, по заветам современной турецкой моды, видимо, максимально неестественно. Готовьтесь, что в первую ночь повязка скорее всего протечёт, запаситесь и обложитесь пелёнками -- об этом не предупраждают. В общем, клинике есть куда улучшаться. Но сравнивать мне не с чем, везде ли так, поэтому в целом советую, результат устроил.

Smile was great happy I went there. I know I was super nervous because it was my first time in a new country all the time zones were you know seven hours or eight hours difference from where I live Michigan and I knew it was gonna be a little bit painful but I had no idea what to expect and what they say you know it’s a little cheaper if you pay cash but I wasn’t willing to take that much cash with me because I didn’t know what to expect so I paid the extra 10% with my card but I’m really happy I went to the specific clinic it was very professional and they take your blood they put in a little IV thing in your arm they test you for HIV hepatitis B and hepatitis see and as long as you’re clean and good to go you get the procedure when they administer the Novocain in the back of the head it was fucking painful painful as fuck like on a scale of one to 210 it was 10 on a scale of one to 10 pain scale it was probably a 9 1/2 but it only lasts you squirm you know like I flexed my arms and I sat there and I just just took it you know like they did it quick and before you know it your endorphins are kicking in and your your your head is numb completely numb and as soon as your head is completely numb the they pump in a little bit of saline to swell it up a little bit I think that’s what they were doing I don’t know I took a video while they were doing it but I couldn’t even feel what they were doing that point it was completely numb and then there’s like five or 10 minutes of pain in the beginning after that it’s you feeling you can just hear like will you be be be like these little noises cutting into your scalp but it doesn’t hurt it is it was actually quite relaxing and they gave me some kind of anti-anxiety which was great and then after the extraction part of the procedure was done you roll over and lay on your backThen they gave me some intravenous painkillers but almost just put me to sleep basically but it was kind of enjoyable and you know before all that we went back-and-forth a few times on what I wanted to hairline to be they wanted it to be a little more conservative than I wanted it to be a little more aggressive on and we kind of met in the middle we decided on a hairline that would’ve been good that was good I mean anyway they weren’t as for going to the hotel I recommend getting the five get the five star hotel pay the extra money for her four-star hotel was just like any other hotel I could’ve been in it was I didn’t like it and so I actually transitioned over to the five star hotel which was fantastic fantastic it had just those huge buffet the breakfast potatoes amazing the dish the whole house the hotel experience was great go with a five star hotel pay the extra money get the premium package and if they had any issues I just text them over WhatsApp and they were great at communicating sometimes it took like an hour or so to communicate so you know make sure you do you know let them know in advance if you need to change anything sorry I just give them a little bit of a heads up before you change anything I changed my flights a few different times on the way home because there was an issue with the Turkish airline and so I went with Lusitania I’m doing speech to text so there’s probably a bunch of weird little typos in here but you get the gist of it anyway yeah I know I am I got to the airport at like 5 o’clock took me like an hour to kind of navigate how to get out of the airport him and then at the soon as you get out of the airport there’s a little spot like with a number mine was number 35 and you walk over there andAnd they have a list of names on it and you just show them and tell them your name and they bring you a walk you to the van and there was one other guy from the hair clinic I’m waiting in the van and then the traffic was kind of crazy took us like two hours to get to the hotel or at least that was the first hotel and once I saw the first hotel which was a five star one I knew that was the one I wanted to stay in fired up calling and making a reservation there the next day and then I told the hair clinic that I wanted that bad place because I felt more comfortable there when they were cool they just added it into the price of my procedure because I was already paying for extra hotel days if I was gonna stay an extra day so they just gave me that five star hotel for free and you know the day they pick me up at the airport we went in we had our consultation which was pretty quick it was more just like test to make sure you don’t have any disease figure out your hairline and then start All in all I’m really glad I went to smile hair clinic I’ve got good recommendation so far I’ve it’s only been a week since I’ve had my procedure and I could barely tell that I had it done I mean except where the hairline is all new and there’s some scabs but yeah very professional but yeah very professional gosh darn speech to text doesn’t pick up all the words and I’m too lazy to text them all right now so you’re getting the little bit of a scramble text version but yeah great clinic I would recommend it to more people and if I could redo everything and start over I would probably still choose the same path I would just get the five star hotel right away and an extra night because it’s nice to spend an extra night

But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…) I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc . Before reading this review I want to make is completely clear that Dr. Ozenlap did a fantastic job. He was always present for anything that happened before and after the surgery. His team are amazing and kind. They take the time to help you. After leaving I have contacted him a few times and he responds right away with voice messages. Returning to Canada my post op nurse said my tummy tuck was one of the best she has seen done in Turkey. I would recommend contacting his clinic directly to arrange a consult and/or surgery as I will when I come for additional services. I highly recommend him. I had dealt with Zeneyp through the entire process and she was really helpful but as the date of my arrival approached it was just a bit more difficult. I did land in Istanbul on April 21st to do some traveling beforehand. A few days before I was to leave I followed up with her about my transportation from the airport. She told me it was too early (4 days) to set up the group chat. I then checked in with her the night before I flew out where I got the information. During our messages I confirmed with Zeneyp what my check in and out days would be since I was there a few days before hand. She confirmed I would check out April 24th and return on April 27th to the hotel (as outlined in my iteintery) I messaged the group chat on the 23rd asking when I would be picked up and was told I was not being picked up until the day of surgery of April 25th. I was ultimately charged for this date. When being admitted to the hospital on the 25th I was informed that the anesthesiologist would not go ahead because of the Lithium I take without it being in my system. One of my first messages with Zeneyp was the medications that I take. I was even asked to clarify my use of another medication so I know thought these would be recorded during the intake. While Canada will operate I understand that Turkey does not. If I had been made aware of this I would have received guidance from my doctor if I needed to stop the medication before I left for Turkey. Brining this up to Zeneyp she said that the anesthesiologist doesn’t know beforehand and this is how it works. I am certain that a surgeon and anesthesiologist would look at a file before preforming a surgery, like when it gets approved by the surgeon. Not when they’re walking into the hospital. Notifying the surgeon, etc of meds would have been her job and I Would be pretty confident that she erred in this. I would make sure that all your medications are checked before you leave for the long travel to Turkey so you are not delayed or worse yet, turned away. I was originally scheduled for a tummy tuck with Dr. Emre Ozanlap on April 25th, which was then delayed to April 28th because information about medication I take was not given to him prior to my arrival in Turkey. I was not provided with any reason on why there is no discussion between medical professionals prior to a decent size surgery. No matter how I tried to get a better explanation she would not give me one. This ended up with me having to pay an extra 3 days for the hotel (6 if we include both of the hospital arrival dates that were outlined) and a new flight home. **surgery happens** A couple days after my operation I go for my check up and your medical coordinator, Hisham, asked me about if I was getting lymphatic massages and was surprised I hadn’t been offered any. I was then contacted by Zenyep afterwards and set one up. During my initial massage the nurse was getting my incision tape contaminated (proper health measures were taken by her). I asked if this was ok and she said yes. I scheduled one for the next day and when the nurse saw the dirty tape she got on the phone with Zenyep. They spoke in Turkish so I don’t know what was said. The nurse fully took off my tape and told me Zeneyp would come by sometime with tape and I agreed I could re tape it once I got it. I waited a while and touched base with her with no response so I went and found a pharmacy for the tape because I flew out in a couple hours and did not want my incision just open. I later received a message that it was Sunday and the pharmacy’s were closed. Upon me telling her I just left a pharmacy she told me it was her day off. She was prepared to have me leave with an open incision while traveling over 18 hours. That was my last interaction with her. During the whole entire time she was never was accountable, apologetic or even empathetic. Always dodging any questions for clarification but basically saying “this is the way” The lack of due diligence by her or Doctor K Clinic as a whole could have left me in a worse situation physically than the inconvenience of the financial situation I find myself in. I do not recommend using their service for booking your surgeries. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE ABOVE REVIEW OF DR. OZENLAP.

My experience at turkeyana was traumatic, which is why I'm just now sharing my experience, 4 months after the surgery. I went there for a breast reduction and would never do it again. The medical team was the worst. Unfriendly, unprofessional und unkind. I woke up from the surgery right away in the op room, because I have a naturally high tolerance in narcotics (which I told them in advance). When I woke up I tried to sit up, as I wasn't remembering why I was there, I tried 3 times, they would push me down and the third time on of the nurses gave me a hard slap in my face. I was not taken seriously at any time, later nurses would laugh at me when I asked for more pain meds, due to me metabolizing such faster than other patients, I was in enormous pain for 24h straight. Crying and screaming out of pain. Nobody of the care team in the hospital spoke english, they understood the word pain meds tho, but instead they simply gave me a hidrating solution and told me it was morphins, even tho I could read on the bag that it wasn't.When I left the clinic I got no instructions on how to clean the wounds, nor did I get an antibioticscream. They said to just leave the bandaids on until the check up. I had my check up 5 days after the surgery, on a Monday and they didn't even check the doctor who operated on me didn't even show up. so another woman appeared, she didn't check the wounds, only touched the boobs. She left me with the bandaids on, said everything was fine and left the room. The younger too women who were with me in the room, case managers I guess, then asked me to take the bandaids off, so I did. They wanted to take pictures of the result. Afterwards I asked them to clean the wounds. The woman who did it wasn't going to put on gloves if I hadn't told her, and even I could tell she was doing a poor job at cleaning the wounds. When I got back to Switzerland two days later, on Wednesday, I ran straight to my doctor and she told me that my wounds were heavily infected, which eventually resulted in ugly scaring. at turkeyana they told me the threads would come out after 2 weeks, which they didn't. My Swiss doctor had to take them out manually because they were still there after 4 weeks, impeding the healing and maintaining the infection. I was walking around with bandaids and infected wounds until 5 weeks after the surgery. In the sixth week the wounds had finally closed, if you can call it that, because ghrough the infection ghey had grown wide open. I also got a bichetomia done there, on which they also told me the threads would dissolve, but they didn't. I had to go to a dentist to cut them open because they were cutting into the flesh in my mouth. and causing an infection on the inside of my cheeks, which I also had to get treated in Switzerland. Turkeyana is a poor lead, money hungry company who doesn't care about the wellbeing of their patients. they act nice until you've paid and had the surgery, and after that they treat you like trash. 0/10, don't recommend. If you don't want to traumatized, don't go there. I wan't my money back.

I liked my doctor and translator. The doctor had a kind and reassuring energy to him. There were two things that bothered me about the experience.One was having to wait several hours past my scheduled consultation with him after a 16 hr travel period after being brought directly to the hospital. The second was being told they may have to harvest cartilage from my ear or rib minutes before my surgery after being told they would not have to do that during the consultation. That really stressed me out. They wound up not having to do that but it made me feel like they had not prepared properly. That being said, the surgery went well and I’m happy with the results so far. I’m posting this only a week and a half from my surgery date but so far, so good.

I was not warned that the test for hepatitis C and HIV should be taken in advance. The clinic does not check PCR, they only do a test. And if there are antibodies to hepatitis cured, you are considered contagious in them, which means that this is a different price and other doctors. First of all, would like to thank Bookimed team for a arranging connection with HWT clinic. About their team Drivers: from transfer to the hotel and clinic all was good (usually I expect drivers to be late, but for all period they were always on time) Medical personal: have nothing to compare them with since it was first this kind of operation, but they asked about pain level periodically to make sure, that it isn’t high enough, which I find good and appreciate. Medical equipment: also hard to judge, only one problem for me was that their chair on which I had been several hours, was some kind of little for me (1,91m my height). After operation: they provide all information and prescriptions, but even with all knowledge I still curious was it possible to do something with disturbed sleeping (it's side affect of anesthesia but still) Additional: little disturbance were caused by payment. For paying by card they asked additional percent, and for me it was unpleasant surprise since I haven’t seen any info about it. Overall: it is nice place to do operation, but for more honest review we need to wait for 4+ months to see results If for any reasons I would need any kind of operations abroad, Bookimed will be first place to visit
