The stay in the rehabilitation center was very comfortable. The attitude of all staff from the head of the trauma department to the workers of the canteen and cleaners is exceptionally friendly. Asta Zelenesen, my attending physician constantly monitored the course of my rehabilitation, which made me feel respect and trust in her as a doctor. All procedures appointed under the contract are executed in full. We lived in a suite, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything necessary.

We have already been to Ambromiškis twice and on April 9 we will go for the third time. We really liked the center, but most importantly it is a positive result of rehabilitation.
Sophia is now 1 year and 10 months old. She can already walk a couple of small steps by herself, she runs around the handle.
The center is very good, good conditions, very intensive rehabilitation, many useful procedures. Good living conditions, food is also not bad. For Sofia prepared food on a special menu (we have our own diet). Separately, I want to note the staff - very friendly and attentive. Also very like the organizer Olga.
One downside, in the center there is very little entertainment for children. Both times were in the winter, so in the evenings I had to have fun in the corridors) So we recommend you to store your toys, books and so on. Now we will go in the spring and hope to walk a lot. Especially there is a lake and incredibly beautiful around.

In general, I liked everything. Great staff, polite, professional, always solve any questions and help. There were some inconveniences in the room: there was no electric outlet in the bathroom (!), It was very problematic to dry with a phenome. I asked for an extension cord, they brought it, but ... the situation did not save, he did not get to the bathroom.))) There is a TV, but there are no Russian channels ....
In general, the rehabilitation was successful, I feel much better myself. Huge thanks to the entire staff of the center, a special thanks to Olga Ereshshuene.

My mother was in the clinic for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. In general, her impression is positive, the staff is friendly, all the necessary procedures have been carried out. Nice ward. We only had problems with nutrition, as my mother has diabetes. Upon arrival at the clinic, they questioned and wrote down all the foods that she could not. And it turned out well, a very strict diet! I had to change the food along the way. I personally want to thank Svetlana manager. She responded to all our questions and wishes instantly, including weekends, and was always in touch. We had to postpone the arrival date twice, the clinic went to a meeting! We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. It would seem difficult to surprise us with high-quality Turkish service in a hotel, but when your stay in the clinic is exactly the same as in a hotel, it is much more valuable at a time when you are absolutely alone in a foreign country and your physical capabilities are temporarily limited. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. I’ve been driving for 20 years, but I’ve never seen anyone pay such attention to the car and the passengers sitting in the back seat: TV, music from all over the world, water of different temperatures, drinks, napkins, a footrest for comfortable feet, and even a fresh bouquet of herbs to scent the salon! Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years!
