I was recommended Dr Med by Bookimed, a very good, trustworthy medical platform. My accordinator could not speak highly enough of Dr Aykut and the team, and she was right. From start to finish I received the best medical and supportive care. Muhlise who was there for me to talk to 24 hours a day is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across, answering all my questions, concerns and organising everything for me. They checked my bloods and did a full health check to check that I was well enough to have all the procedures. The nurses were so lovely and there every second to look after me and make sure I had a good, quick recovery. Within 3 days I felt as if I hadn't even had an operation. I had no discomfort, no pain, was able to see a bit of Istanbul which was lovely. I was put in such a lovely hotel and luxuary transfer to and from all my appointments and airports. Now two months after surgery, I am quite happy with the shape of my new eyelids
The medical team members are so friendly and helpful. Although I speak zero Korean, I can sense their passion and empathy, which dramatically reduced my anxiety to go through the surgery. They are very supportive from the right beginning to the end when I left Seoul. And big thanks to the assistance from Yena, who provides detailed before and after care instructions rather than just working as an interpreter.
Now two months after surgery, I am quite happy with the shape of my new eyelids. They look much younger and alert.

The Medi-Cal team was amazing and the hospital stay was beyond expectations.. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude.
My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

The doctor Young min at Very Good plastic surgery is great! He has a a lot of expertise and experience, he’s the head m chef of the clinic as well.
But, Tanya at the clinic she didn’t give me any support at all she was suppose to be there for me and give me support, I did a huge surgery , jaw reduction and a chin reduction, so the doctor cut in my bones.
So when I woke up I was in sooo my agony and pain I’ve never felt anything like it in my entire life, it felt like I had a screwdriver penetrating my temples slow back and forth, it was terrible, instead of being there for me saying everything went good etc they just started to scream “stop crying” wouldn’t even bother to ask why I was crying or if I was having any pain at all
The nurses told me “ you paid for this cosmetic procedure you put yourself in this situation “ when I ask for pain killers. She also told me “I’ve never seen anyone like you, in this much pain, I won’t give you more” like I was lying?
I’ve never had death anxiety before but I thought I was going to die. The sent me home 24h after surgery I was super swollen and scared, I felt betrayed of everyone. I was alone in this country.
When I showed my inspiration photos to Tanya the translator/assistant she laughed.
Even after surgery she didn’t give me any support, I felt in the way, like I was a problem for them.
But it was some good nurses as well x.

Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. I arrived at the clinic on the morning of the operation, Elena and a team of Thai nurses prepared everything clearly and after 2-3 hours the doctor began the operation under local anesthesia, the operation lasted 1 hour + -, everything was professional, Elena's support was present even during the operation (tk I didn’t sleep), after the operation, I spent one more day at the hospital in the clinic (the room is very comfortable, the conditions and communication from the staff are at a high level - shower, food, cleaning, Elena and nurses visit to control my condition). Everything went very easily, the case when you are dealing with highly qualified specialists. My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed.
My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery.
Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing.
The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. I had a really great experience with my doctor and care here. I wanted a very natural looking nose, not to look "doll-like" or like I had a rhinoplasty. Same for lip filler. I felt like both were done taking exactly what I wanted into account and the overall symmetry at the end for my nostrils was excellent - my nose had been broken and before surgery lack of symmetry was a big issue. I believe it required different degrees of cutting for each nostril so I'm very impressed that the end result's symmetry appears less than 1mm different from one another, that's a huge improvement from before. The shape is really nice and I was impressed that after surgery the packing was done in such a way that I was able to breathe through my nose the whole time, even during my recovery.
