He was born in Istanbul in 1982. He graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine. In 2012, he completed his specialization in emergency medicine at Taksim First Aid Training and Research Hospital. Between 2013-2018, he specialized in general surgery at Haseki Training and Research Hospital. Between 2018-2020, he fulfilled his compulsory service at Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital.
