He is a distinguished Professor and Researcher in Oral Microbiology and Periodontology, with an extensive research background in periodontal and endodontic infections, oral-gut microbiomes, and dental biofilm.

Silvina Pastrana, M.D. is a surgeon and medical director of the Stem Cell Center Buenos Aires and Regentherapy Puerto Madero.
