Dr. Hosam is a Consultant Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and Urologist. He worked for 20 years in the NHS in the United Kingdom after obtaining his CCST as a Consultant Gynecologist with known expertise in the management of high-risk pregnancy, complex benign gynecology, and early-stage gynecological cancer. He worked as a Consultant and the Lead Urogynecologist at Sussex Healthcare Trust, where he has been practicing since 2004. Dr. Hosam has a special interest in prolapse, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction (fertility preservation surgery), menorrhagia, and minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic gynecological surgery (for abnormal bleeding, pelvic masses, and pelvic pain). He established an integrated multidisciplinary urogynecology team across the trust. He had led the obstetrics and gynecology department as a clinical director to attain national British Society of Urogynecology accreditation. He has extensive clinical and surgical expertise to manage urinary incontinence, frequency, urgency, and recurrent cystitis and to perform pelvic reconstructive surgery for incontinence and uterovaginal prolapse. A subjective retrospective audit of his continence surgery showed a success rate of 86% and a success rate of prolapsed surgery of 91%. He is also interested in the management of sexual dysfunction, including vaginal corrective surgery. Dr. Hosam was chosen to be a Member of the International Urogynecology Association’s Publication Committee, and he was also the Editor of the expert corner in the IUGA newsletter. Biography

Dr. Sagimole Tojichen is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Medeor Hospital in Dubai and a Gynae Laparoscopic Surgeon. With over 16 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including 11 years in the United Arab Emirates. In 2002, she began her career as a Voluntary Lecturer at Alleppey Government Medical College in Kerala, India. Dr Anshika Lekhi is an infertility and IVF specialist with 13 + years of experience. She has performed more than 1500 IVF cycles till now. She has a great experience of working with patients with low AMH, own egg IVF and repeated IVF failure patients. Her infertility work journey hails through various hospitals like Max hospital, W Pratiksha, Milann Fertility and Wings IVF in the past. She has done her diploma in reproductive medicine and embryology from Germany. She has also done her fellowship in reproductive medicine and embryology from Kerala. More to her academic credits she has multiple fellowship and diploma in laparoscopy from hospital like PSRI and world laparoscopy Center. Her graduation and post graduation is from Dehradun. As feather in her cap she has many awards like Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Health award 2023 by Zee news, Gem of Delhi Medical Association 2023 and Iconic Healthcare Leader Award of gynaecologist and IVF specialist 2021. She has also been listed in the innovatory Gynaecologist of India by Economic times 2022. She was also honoured with the medical Services excellence Award 2015 and corona warrior award 2021 by Indian medical association. She has 20 articles and publications to her credit.
