Prof. Jaroslav Michalek is an experienced specialist in oncology, pediatrics, allergology, and clinical immunology with a European patent for the isolation of stem cells. He has 16 years of experience in regenerative medicine, is the president of the International Consortium for Cell Therapy and Immunotherapy, has authored over 200 publications, was a professor at Masaryk University from 2007-2015, had a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and is a member of multiple professional associations.

He has also presented and published on topics such as evaluation of effusion within biceps long head tendon sheath, novel role of Pin1 induction in type II collagen-mediated rheumatoid arthritis, and operative treatment of fracture of the body of the scapula.
