This retreat is designed to reduce stress, promote weight loss, enhance overall well-being, and deepen your meditation practice. You'll experience ancient Tibetan breathing techniques, laughter meditation, and many other transformative practices for a complete mind-body renewal.
Sample daily schedule:
Personal activity or optional morning walk at 6:00 AM
Therapeutic or Kriya yoga sessions at 7:00 AM for deep body cleansing
Nourishing breakfast buffet at 8:30 AM
A variety of 60-minute meditation or activity sessions starting at 10:00 AM
Bodywork, healing sessions, spa, or free time at 11:15 AM
