The daily schedule is dynamic, with varying activities each day of the week. Within each time slot, there are options for you to choose and participate in. Each day features two yoga classes—one in the morning and another before lunch— with flexible start times. Upon arrival at the retreat, you'll receive a detailed program of activities tailored to your preferences and the day's offerings.
Program Activities: Engage in 14 sessions of Therapeutic or Kriya yoga, a comprehensive approach targeting deep body cleansing and yoga therapy tailored for specific ailments such as back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, diabetes, obesity, anxiety, stress, heart disease, hypertension, and depression. Elevate your meditation practice with diverse techniques, including re-energized chakra breathing, Nadabrama, Kundalini, self-inquiry, Natraj dance, Old Tibetan lions roar, Atisha heart meditation, chakra sound meditation, laughter meditation, gibberish meditation, Nadanusadan Mantra sound meditation (AAA - UUU - MMM - AUM), and various breathwork techniques such as Bhastrika, Kapalbhathi, Pranayama, re-energized breathing, cooling pranayama, and conscious awareness of breathing (Shamanic breathing). Outside the structured schedule, participants can enjoy excursions to local temples and waterfalls, nature hikes, and access to spa, bodywork, and healing therapies.
Accommodation & Food: Guests will stay at The Rosewood, offering comfortable rooms with modern amenities, including air conditioning, TVs, minibars, and tea/coffee makers. The accommodation is surrounded by gardens and features a maple leaf-shaped swimming pool. Daily vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included) are provided to support your body's cleansing and healing process.
